"We are looking for a UGC Specialist to scale our creator partnerships and boost the performance of our UGC creatives. We're all about creating scroll-stopping UGC content that fuels our paid media campaigns.
If you want to:
- Find and communicate with UGC creators across different markets (US, LATAM, Europe)
- Negotiate rates and manage contracts with creators
- Write creative briefs and scripts crafted for each creator
- Generate ideas for content tests and new hypotheses
- Analyze performance and optimize results based on data

And if you have:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role (influencer marketing, UGC management, copywriting, SMM, or advertising)
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics
- Creativity and/or copywriting experience
- Ability to write clear briefs for creators
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads
- Analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data, not guesses.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Your superpowers: creativity, proactivity, and excellent communication skills.
