We are looking for a Brand Manager to strengthen our employer brand and internal communications. This role sits at the intersection of people, culture, and communications — helping shape how we present ourselves both internally and externally.

HR Collaboration:

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with the HR team
  • Assist with organizing internal team meetings and communication routines
  • Contribute to collecting feedback via eNPS surveys and internal polls
  • Provide support with HR analytics and internal communication processes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a brand, communications, or employer branding role (preferably in a product or IT company)
  • Strong understanding of employer branding, modern HR practices, and company culture development
  • Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level of English
  • Proficiency in Figma and digital content tools
  • Ability to independently manage projects and initiatives with minimal supervision
  • Experience in budgeting and planning resources

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working closely with HR or participating in internal employee programs
  • Skills in copywriting, SMM, or event management

Employer & Internal Brand:

  • Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal platforms (featuring employee stories, behind-the-scenes content, project highlights, etc.) Manage and maintain the company’s social media pages in alignment with brand tone and value.
  • Lead and regularly update the company blog, creating articles in collaboration with teammates (culture, expertise, news)
  • Organize internal initiatives and activities that support team cohesion and culture
  • Assist in the preparation of public talks, conferences, partner campaigns, and corporate events
  • Monitor and manage the company’s reputation on job platforms (e.g., DOU, Glassdoor); respond to reviews and build engagement strategies.
